(Mark 7:14-15) Jesus said, “Hear me, all of you, and understand. Nothing that enters one from outside can defile that person; but the things that come out from within are what defile.” Did that person cause my bad mood? Or did I allow that person the power to control my moods as if I was a puppet on a string? Time to cut the strings and take control of our responses so that outside influences do not wreck our good moods.
