January 3 – Family Bingo Night
Bring your kids and the whole family out at 6:30 PM for Bingo and Snack Super. Bring a friend too! All proceeds will be split 50-50 with half of the winnings going towards one of 541 Youth’s favorite local charities.
January 10 – Learn The Way
This week we go into session five of our small group studies. We have a small group for High School Girls titled; “Jesus and Women for Teen Girls” by Kristi McLelland, one small group for High School Boys titled; “Kingdom Men Rising” by Tony Evans, and one combined group for our Middle School youth titled; “Unbound – Experiencing Life and Freedom in Christ” by Ryan McDermott.
January 17th – Care and Pray
Special Speaker – Deschutes County Search and Rescue (SAR) Team. Come out and find out all about Search and Rescue – why it’s important, how it’s done, what types of tools are used, and how the organize searches. 6:30 PM is our dinner followed by our special speaker at 7:00 PM.
January 24th – Do and Say
Sometimes as people transition into assisted living environments they fall through the cracks and get forgotten. Help us bring some joy to residents at Touchmark. We will be writing letters of encouragement along with making care packages. Please bring some homemade brownies or cookies to add to the bags.
January 31st – Praise and Play
Join us at 6:30 PM at Bend Rock Gym for some fun and climbing. You can test your skills as a search and rescue mountaineer on some of the Free Solo Rocks or hooked up to harness and line. Either way – you might want to carb up the day of.
