SECOND SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
(John 1:29) “John the Baptist saw Jesus coming toward him and said, ‘Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world.'”

Many just saw a man, but John the Baptist saw in Jesus the face of God. Like John the Baptist may our eyes be open to see spiritual realities, to recognize the face of God when we see it.
