There is a $10 suggested donation, which is our cost with Bend Awards. If you want to pay with a check, please put "Name Tag" in the memo field of your check. If you want to pay with cash, please use a green envelope and write your name and "Name Tag" on the envelope. If you want to pay online, please make a note in the comments.
