(Judges 13:3-4) The angel of the Lord said, “You will conceive and bear a son. Be careful to take no wine or strong drink and to eat nothing unclean.” Let us give thanks for those who have sacrificed and given up so much so that we might have life. May we be willing to do the same for others.
