Up at 4:30 am each day for prayer, Father Jim soon discovered that others were also seeking to start their day with a short inspirational quote from the Bible. So taking advantage of Social Media, he began sharing with others the fruits of his early morning prayer amongst Sacred Scriptures. Using Lectio Divina with the daily readings from the Catholic Mass, Father Jim was now presenting a reflection that could help people throughout their day. We are happy to share these thoughts with you.

(Isaiah 1:16-17) Thus says the LORD, “Put away your misdeeds from before my eyes; cease doing evil; learn to do good.” There are many different ways to learn how to do things. I seem to learn best through doing. So I guess it is true that practice makes perfect, especially when learning to do good.
