Father Jim Radloff

Up at 4:30 am each day for prayer, Father Jim soon discovered that others were also seeking to start their day with a short inspirational quote from the Bible. So taking advantage of Social Media, he began sharing with others the fruits of his early morning prayer amongst Sacred Scriptures. Using Lectio Divina with the daily readings from the Catholic Mass, Father Jim was now presenting a reflection that could help people throughout their day. We are happy to share these thoughts with you.

BAPTISM OF THE LORD
(Isaiah 42:1,3) Thus says the Lord, “Here is my servant whom I uphold, my chosen one with whom I am pleased… A bruised reed he shall not break, and a smoldering wick he shall not quench.”

What a gentle world we would have if more people would treat each other with the tenderness with which the Lord treats us.
