Father Jim Radloff

Up at 4:30 am each day for prayer, Father Jim soon discovered that others were also seeking to start their day with a short inspirational quote from the Bible. So taking advantage of Social Media, he began sharing with others the fruits of his early morning prayer amongst Sacred Scriptures. Using Lectio Divina with the daily readings from the Catholic Mass, Father Jim was now presenting a reflection that could help people throughout their day. We are happy to share these thoughts with you.

(Luke 6:42) Jesus said, “Remove the wooden beam from your eye first; then you will see clearly to remove the splinter in your brother’s eye.”

It has to begin with me. Lord, help me to see what must go, what must be removed from my life, so that I may be able to then better see and respond to the needs of others.
