Up at 4:30 am each day for prayer, Father Jim soon discovered that others were also seeking to start their day with a short inspirational quote from the Bible. So taking advantage of Social Media, he began sharing with others the fruits of his early morning prayer amongst Sacred Scriptures. Using Lectio Divina with the daily readings from the Catholic Mass, Father Jim was now presenting a reflection that could help people throughout their day. We are happy to share these thoughts with you.

(John 9:2-3) His disciples asked Jesus, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?” Jesus answered, “Neither he nor his parents sinned; it is so that the works of God might be made visible through him.”
Instead of just spending our time trying to figure out who is to blame for all the difficulties we encounter, let us find ways that God’s work can be made visible through the manner in which we overcome our struggles.
