Father Jim Radloff

Up at 4:30 am each day for prayer, Father Jim soon discovered that others were also seeking to start their day with a short inspirational quote from the Bible. So taking advantage of Social Media, he began sharing with others the fruits of his early morning prayer amongst Sacred Scriptures. Using Lectio Divina with the daily readings from the Catholic Mass, Father Jim was now presenting a reflection that could help people throughout their day. We are happy to share these thoughts with you.

(Ephesians 4:17) “I declare and testify in the Lord that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their minds.”

If someone is holding off believing in the LORD until they have the whole faith thing all figured out, then they are wasting their time in the futility of their minds. Faith is less about acquiring certainty in understanding and more about following the heart while living within the mystery of the unknowable.
