Father Jim Radloff

Up at 4:30 am each day for prayer, Father Jim soon discovered that others were also seeking to start their day with a short inspirational quote from the Bible. So taking advantage of Social Media, he began sharing with others the fruits of his early morning prayer amongst Sacred Scriptures. Using Lectio Divina with the daily readings from the Catholic Mass, Father Jim was now presenting a reflection that could help people throughout their day. We are happy to share these thoughts with you.

Monday

(Acts 6:8) “Stephen, filled with grace and power, was working great wonders and signs among the people.” And doing this made some people mad enough to present false witness against him that led to his being stoned to death? Bad enough to not do good oneself. But worse yet to stop another from doing good. Lord, help us to overcome the stupidity of envy and jealousy.
